Matthew Langler
GENERAL MANAGER
Matthew Langler, a seasoned professional with 30 years in the restaurant industry, has been an integral part of the FMK Hospitality Group for the past 7 years. Hailing from Ocala, Florida, Matthew initially joined FMK as an Assistant Manager and has since risen to the role of General Manager.

Throughout his tenure, Matthew has made valuable contributions to various FMK restaurants, including Bluefin, Chophouse, OBH, Evans Prairie, and CoAstal Del Mar. His wealth of experience and dedication to the industry has played a significant role in the success of these establishments.

As the General Manager at Prime + Ember in The Villages, Florida, Matthew Langler cherishes the opportunity to make a positive impact on guests' experiences and to support the development and well-being of the staff. His passion for the industry and commitment to excellence have been key factors in maintaining the high standards that FMK Hospitality Group is known for in The Villages community.
Devin Rider
CULINARY MANAGER
Devin Rider, Culinary Manager at Prime + Ember within FMK Hospitality Group in The Villages, FL, brings 8 years of industry expertise to his role. Originally from Spencer, NY, Devin moved to Florida 8 years ago to be closer to family, emphasizing his commitment to community and connection.

In his short time with FMK, Devin quickly ascended from a Front of House Assistant at Belle Glade to the Culinary Manager at Harvest Restaurant before holding the same position at Sawgrass Tavern and Victory Sports Grill. Devin Rider's dedication and culinary passion continue to enhance the dining experience at Prime + Ember, making him an integral part of the FMK Hospitality Group family.
